Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays
- Standard processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed
- You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 3-5 business days of placing your order. If you don't see it:
- Check your spam folder
- Wait 24 more hours (sometimes tracking updates lag behind)
- Still nothing? Email support@elecsymart.com with your order number
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 48 hours
- Contact us at support@elecsymart.com - we'll file a claim and either reship or refund
Damaged in Transit
- Take photos of the damaged box and items
- Email support@elecsymart.com within 7 days of delivery
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund
