Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $5.99.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Shipping Time Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is planned for the future — check back or sign up for updates.

Why the timeline? We work with a curated network of global suppliers to bring you quality products at fair prices. This lets us keep costs down and expand our catalog quickly, but it does mean shipping takes longer than next-day delivery. Every order includes tracking so you always know where your package is.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't receive one within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@elecsymart.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
