Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Our Promise

Every Elecsy order is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it — refund, replacement, or store credit.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase
  • Item must not be on the non-returnable list below

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, hair, or beauty products
  • Opened body oils or facial masks
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

If your beauty product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we still cover that — see "Damaged or Wrong Items" below.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@elecsymart.com with subject line "Return Request – Order #[your number]"
  2. Include photos of the item and packaging
  3. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Please don't ship items back without contacting us first — we may direct you to a different return address depending on the product.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we issue the refund on our end.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items: We cover return shipping. Email us first.
  • Change of mind / didn't like it: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refused or undelivered packages: Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping costs deducted from refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Email support@elecsymart.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include clear photos of the item and shipping box
  3. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to swap for a different size, color, or product is to:

  1. Request a refund on the original item
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund 10 business days after we confirmed it:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company
  2. Contact your payment provider — processing can take longer than expected
  3. If still missing, email support@elecsymart.com and we'll trace it on our end

Order Cancellations

We process orders fast (often within 1 hour). If you need to cancel:

  • Within 1 hour of ordering: Email immediately, we'll try to catch it before fulfillment
  • After fulfillment: We can't cancel, but you can return per the policy above
