Cancel an Order
Need to cancel your order? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
To request a cancellation, email us at elecsymart@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Cancel Order #[your order number]
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for cancellation
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days. If it has already shipped, please use the return process below.
Return an Item
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be within 30 days of delivery date
- Sale items and final-sale products are not eligible
How to Start a Return
Email us at elecsymart@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
- Your order number and the item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we confirm your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product — email us at elecsymart@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately, no return required.
